Yorkshire-based pet food start-up Walker & Drake has brought out a range of fresh pressed and soft-baked treats for dogs.
The Barnsley company was launched last year by business partners Richard Grant, David Taylor and Tim Matthews, who believed there was a gap in the market for a ‘high quality dry pet food with minimum processing’.
The new UK-made treats are grain and gluten-free and contain no artificial flavours, colours or added sugar and come in a recyclable and resealable 100g pouch.
They are available in three varieties: Beef with Gravy & Sweet Potato, Lamb with Mint & Parsley, and Peanut Butter & Blueberry (xylitol free). Key ingredients include green tea extract, yucca Extract and dried marigold).
The Walker & Drake treats have an RRP of £2.50 for a 100g bag.
