Surrey-based Nutriment has extended the product line of its sub-brand, Leo & Wolf, with a range of premium pet treats for cats and dogs.
Launched towards the end of last year, the Leo & Wolf brand encompasses the Nutriment principles of ‘high-quality, biologically appropriate pet food solutions’, while also focusing on convenience (for storing and feeding).
The debut range consists of frozen meatballs in five flavour varieties, designed to maintain their shape once defrosted.
The latest addition – Leo & Wolf treats – are available in six flavours: turkey, chicken, liver, beef, salmon and tripe. Either oven baked or cold dried, these treats are naturally low in fat and feature at least 90% human grade quality meat. Supplemented with vegetable fibre – featuring essential micronutrients – these treats are suitable to complement to a raw fed diet.
ESSENTIAL
“Making premium pet food products accessible to a wider audience has long been a priority for us here at Nutriment,” said managing director Suzanne Brock. “We also recognise that complementary food, in the form of treats, is essential for a multitude of reasons including training rewards, pet-owner bonding and nutritional supplementation.
“That is why we are incredibly proud of this most recent product line as it centres around pet treats which are conveniently stored and handled, while also being nutritious and free from traditionally processed ingredients and methods.”
Leo & Wolf treats are sold in 100g resealable pouches to maintain optimal freshness and facilitate transport for ‘on the go’ treating.
Point-of-sale support is available for trade customers in the form of a Leo & Wolf branded treat stand, which holds six outer cases of treats (10 packs of treats per outer).
