Exporting pet care companies can find out what steps they should be taking before the end of the Brexit transition period during a special webinar organised by international trade association PetQuip.
The webinar hosted by Strong & Herd LLP, one of the experts in and key suppliers of export training, will give companies the chance to hear all the latest information on preparing for January 1 2021 and beyond.
The session will look at some of the key issues facing exporters, especially in the run-up to the end of the transition period from the EU.
Topics covered include new customs processes; new documentation requirements, tariffs, labelling, product standards, liability issues and Northern Ireland.
Amanda Sizer Barrett, director general of PetQuip, said: “If you are an exporting company and need more information about what actions you need to consider or take to be prepared when the Brexit transition period ends, then this webinar is designed for you.”
The webinar, taking place between 10am to 12.30pm on December 1, will be offered as a free-of-charge service to members of PetQuip. Non-members can register to take part in the webinar and will also receive a credit of £50 against a six-month membership subscription to PetQuip.
