The Karnlea Bone Broth range has been expanded with the launch of a chicken variety.
The ambient broth, which joins beef and lamb varieties in the portfolio, can be used as a supplement, topper or treat served straight from the carton as a liquid, chilled, frozen or gently warmed.
The new chicken flavour is slow-cooked using bones from free range chickens reared on cooperative farms and filtered water, plus apple cider vinegar to help extract protein, collagen and minerals from the cooking process. The product is supplied in 500ml heat-sealed cartons with an RRP of £10.99.
Karnlea’s founder Lara McCullough said: “What could be more perfect than chicken broth in the autumn and winter? It is known to provide great sustenance, a ‘turn to’ staple when we feel a little under the weather. It helps people recover from bouts of cold and flu by providing essential nourishment. Its recuperative and strengthening qualities are equally good for cats and dogs.”
Chicken Bone Broth is available from November 12 and pre-orders are now being taken. Stockists ordering directly from Karnlea can ‘mix and match’ their orders with beef and lamb flavours to save on delivery costs.
