Anders Kristiansen has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of European manufacturer Voff Premium Pet Food.
Kristiansen has extensive executive experience with large consumer goods companies as well as experience with startups in international settings. Most recently he served as ceo of the global fashion brand Esprit, and before that Anders has held senior roles such at New Look, Staples, and the Bestseller Fashion Group in China. He succeeds Mårten Bernow who has held the position as ceo of Voff since 2019 and who has decided to step down.
Voff chairman Asbjørn Hyldgaard said: “We believe that Anders’ background and experience as a senior executive within several international consumer goods companies makes him highly qualified to take over as ceo of Voff in this next phase of the company’s journey. The board welcomes Anders Kristiansen and expects that Voff will continue to thrive in its expansion journey under his leadership.

Since its creation in 2014, Voff has expanded across Europe, and today consists of 10 main brands of raw pet food, natural treats, supplements and chews in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and the Nordics, including the Nutriment and Nova brands in the UK. The group employs of 300 staff and achieved revenues of approximately SEK 1.1 billion (£88m) last year.
