Trade association PetQuip has launched a new technical help service to provide members with export support.
The Federation of Garden & Leisure Manufacturers, which includes the PetQuip, Gardenex and CHA member organisations, has teamed up with a company that specialises in providing information, advice and practical answers on the wide range of export challenges and hurdles facing UK suppliers of pet products, gardening and horticultural supplies.
As part of their annual subscription, member companies will have access to a dedicated email ‘helpline’ which will provide technical advice and information from a range of experts in exporting worldwide.
Federation director general Amanda Sizer Barrett said: “We are aware that exporting rules and regulations have become more onerous for UK suppliers since Brexit and we are pleased to be introducing a new service that gives every member company practical support and information to help ease the process of export sales.”
Further information on accessing the new service will be sent out to all member companies on renewal of their annual subscriptions.
