Scrumbles has launched a new wet cat food range to accompany its established pate product.
The new wet cat range is available in single serve portions (80g) in Jelly Chicken, Jelly Turkey, Jelly Salmon and Pate Chicken recipes, or in multipacks (12 x 80g tins) of Classic Jelly Selection (Tuna, Salmon, Turkey, Chicken); Meaty Jelly Selection (Chicken, Duck, Turkey); Classic Pate Selection (Tuna, Salmon, Turkey, Chicken); Chicken Shredded in Broth Multipack; and Chicken Jelly Multipack.
Each recipe is made from 100% natural ingredients with added probiotics. The range has been launched in Sainsburys, Pets at Home and Tesco, with a rollout to other retailers due later this year.
Founder and chief executive Aneisha Soobroyen said: “Our cat customers have been crying out for us to expand into new wet cat textures for some time.
“We wanted to go a step further so we have overhauled our entire range to launch in a new fully recyclable, easy-to-use tin format in three scrumptious textures, keeping our much loved pate but also introducing a new delicious jelly chunk recipes alongside a premium, indulgent shreds in broth recipe.”
Scrumbles, a certified B-Corp, was recently boosted by a £6m investment from the BGF group.
