Feedem, an independent pet store in Guisborough, North Yorkshire, has been named as Pet Retailer of the Year at the recent Bestway Awards 2023.
The Awards celebrate outstanding achievements and business successes from independent retailers up and down the country and are organised by Bestway Wholesale, parent company of distributor Bestpets.
Feedem, a family-run business trading since 1994, operates a physical pet store as well as an online shop with access to 18,000 products which it can have delivered within 48 hours. The business also supports many local rescue centres raising money to help re-home animals in the local area.
Store manager Ian Gamble said: “We are absolutely delighted to be awarded Pet Retailer of the Year at the Bestway Awards for our store. It means so much to us as it shows that all the hard work and dedication we continue to put into our store, has been recognised.
