Pedigree Wholesale has launched a new wild bird mixed seed reformulation under the Walter Harrison’s brand.
The Ultimate Energy No Grow range is an upgrade to the previous Ultimate Energy No Mess brand. The reformulated seed mix is 100% husk-free, 100% edible, 100% weed-free and 100% filler-free, and is available exclusively to the specialist pet trade through Pedigree Wholesale.
Ultimate Energy No Grow range, available in 2kg and 12.75kg bags, has been improved by no longer containing ingredients that grow in gardens once thrown onto the ground, such as linseed. The reformulated product also contains a richer blend of seeds with more sunflower hearts, more mealworms, and more suet than the original Ultimate Energy No Mess. In addition, fragrant aniseed oil has replaced soya oil as a glossy coating to attract wild birds. The recipe does not contain wheat or oats.
The premium mix can be fed from a seed feeder, bird table or on the ground, and is expected to attract a variety of birds to gardens all year round, such as tits, greenfinches, dunnocks, robins, sparrows, thrushes and blackbirds.
Product lines for the two new lines will directly replace the Ultimate Energy No Mess lines, at the same trade price and RRP.
