Distributor Copdock Mill has launched a new service proposition specifically tailored for garden centres.
The ‘More Than Just a Wholesaler’ initiative is designed to support garden centres that currently lack a pet section, as well as those looking to enhance their existing pet offerings.
As part of the new programme, Copdock Mill’s sales team will assist garden centres with initial orders and provide merchandising support, point-of-sale material, and after-sales service. The distributor recently launched a nationwide delivery service, and is also investing in an expanded sales team to meet the needs of new and existing customers.
The company has also joined the Garden Centre Association (GCA) in order to enhance industry knowledge and offer tailored support directly to GCA members.
