Jollyes has opened new automated canine cleaning stations at four of its stores.
The ‘Wash and Go’ units have been opened at branches in Colchester, Bolton, Harlow and Plymouth. The four new stations, along with existing units at Scunthorpe, Enfield, Isle of Wight, Totton and Waterlooville, are free for customers to use until February 14. After then, they will revert to the usual price of £5 per wash.
The canine cleaning stations have proven to be particularly popular with dog walkers. To use the service, owners place their pets into the bath and swipe their payment card on the machine for a cleaning procedure lasting up to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the dog.
Another Wash and Go unit will also be installed at Selby, North Yorkshire, in the coming weeks.
