US brand TropiClean has launched a new chewing deterrent spray, available to the UK pet trade exclusively through Pedigree Wholesale.
Chew Stop Behavior Aid is designed to prevent destructive chewing and scratching on furniture, carpets, shoes and plants. In tests, it is proven to have up to a 95% deterrence rate compared to other leading brands at up to 22%, says the supplier.
The product is formulated with sour, spicy, and bitter ingredients to deter dogs and is designed to promote positive training by building trust, reinforcing good behaviour, and strengthening the bond between pets and owners.
The product is supplied in a choice of three strengths, including a gentler formulation for puppies.
