Retailer Pets at Home has launched a new subscription service which can be accessed in-store as well as online.
The Easy Repeat service is designed to make shopping for pet essentials more convenient but with the support and advice from in-store colleagues. The proposition is backed by a Best Price Guarantee.
In-store colleagues are able to set up subscriptions via handheld devices using the customers’ Pets Club loyalty details. Customers who wish to access the Best Price Guarantee can also take out Easy Repeat subscriptions via the retailer’s website and app.
More than 5,000 products are available via the Easy Repeat subscription service, and customers will receive a 10% discount when collecting Easy Repeat orders from a pet care centre. A 5% discount applies to Easy Repeat orders with home delivery, and baskets above £25 will qualify for free delivery.
There is no minimum term commitment, and Easy Repeat is available in all 462 Pets at Home pet care centres.
