Robot dolphins could soon replace real ones in Chinese aquariums, according to CBC radio media.
The hyper-realistic dolphin robots are said to cost circa £20m per ‘animal’ but would be cost effective in the long run due to their longevity and as an answer to ethical concerns over dolphin captivity.
