Pet trade communications specialist Spottydog Communications has launched Pet Shop Pal, a support service for pet shop owners.
The programme is designed to help pet shop owners reach more pet owners. Each month, participating retailers will receive a pack filled with resources to help increase their brand awareness, such as social media posts, content hooks and marketing tips using knowledge gained from working with the likes of Earth Animal, Arden Grange and HiLife to develop award-winning communication strategies.
Pet Shop Pal will feature regional exclusivity, meaning Spottydog Communications will only work with one pet shop within a postcode.
Retailers can get their first glimpse of the new programme at this weekend’s PATS show, running at the Telford International Centre on September 25-26.

The Spottydog team will be on stand N25, offering a special introductory rate for show visitors, along with sweet treats.
