More than 330 companies have signed up to exhibit at the PATS trade show, taking place in Telford in September.
So far, 331 companies, supplying pet food and accessories, pet grooming, aquatics, reptiles and watergardening, will be showcasing their products and services to what organisers describe as the UK’s “biggest-ever gathering of pet professionals”.
Show features include the biggest ever New Product Showcase and Awards; a dedicated Aquatics Zone for reptile, aquatics and watergardening specialists; a New Starter Zone for start-ups and new businesses and a Grooming Workshop including demonstrations, competitions and talks.
Trade association PetQuip, which has been working with PATS to attract international pet retail chains and distributors to the show, will be staging its PetQuip Awards after the second day of the exhibition.
Organiser Gordon Thomas said: “The response to PATS 2024 as an all-encompassing three-day exhibition has been fantastic. The UK’s major pet and aquatics companies have booked their space, with many of them taking larger stands, alongside a growing number of start-up businesses and international exhibitors.
“PATS prides itself on being the place where the pet and aquatics industry meet to do business. This year’s exhibition is poised to set so many records, from the biggest number of exhibitors and visitors, to the largest-ever showcase of new products in the show’s 15-year history.”
