Pet care brand Pawable has launched a new supplement designed to have a calming effect on dogs.
Calming by Pawable is a ‘multi-approach’ supplement, combining herbs such as chamomile, ginger, thyme, and turmeric with fruits to offer a natural anti-bacterial and an anti-inflammatory support.
With thyme as the main ingredient, healthy respiration is promoted allowing pets to become calmer when their breathing is full, says the manufacturer. The combination of ingredients also helps nourish the microbiome, boost the immune system and help reduce inflammation.
Fatty acids in the formulation include coconut oil and a specially-selected phytoplankton source of Omega-3.
Dale Nash, of Pawable, said: “We are so excited to launch Calming, and after an initial successful soft launch, we hope that the general public will love it as much as our dogs have.
“We hope that in the run up to the busy holiday period, where people are thinking about taking their dogs away in cars or even by plane, that they will consider supplementing with Calming to help their dogs with this anxiety.”
Calming by Pawable has an RRP of £29.99 for 225g, which can last for between 30 and 90 days depending on the size of the dog.
