Dog food firm Laughing Dog is launching its first vegan treats in response to demand from owners.
The company says veganism has risen exponentially in the last decade with over 600,000 vegans now living in the UK. Many vegans own pets and the trend for purchasing plant-based, good quality food for dogs is more important than ever.
The new 100% Vegan Strawberry & Peanut Butter Premium Dog Treats are wheat free and good for canine health as well as the planet.
The paw-shaped treats include natural ingredients such as ginger to help enhance digestive health, linseed for immunity benefits, and local oats, all baked on Laughing Dog’s family farm in Lincolnshire. They are oven-baked to ensure the biscuit is gentle on digestion and helps to keep teeth clean with their crunchy texture.
