All at Welsh dog food business CSJ are saddened by the loss after a short illness of Margaret Masterman, of Santerman Borzois and Rough Collies.
Well known in trade, breeder and exhibitor circles and with a personal and professional life centred on her love of dogs and horses, Margaret’s career in the pet industry spanned more than 30 years.
She judged at international level and steered multiple dogs to their championship titles, including two Crufts Best of Breed winners in different breeds. Her judging career reached a pinnacle in 2017 when she judged the Borzois at Crufts.
Ceri Rundle, of CSJ, said: “Margaret has been our brand ambassador since 2017 and as a true dog person she was the perfect match for us. She quickly became a good friend and integral part of our CSJ family. We will miss her very much.”
