CASCO Pet has developed a Sneeze/Cough Screen to help pet stores and veterinary practices keep staff and customers safe during the coronavirus crisis.
This free-standing acrylic screen is designed to reduce direct interactions with staff and customers in high traffic areas such as check-outs and reception desks.
“We added this new product to our range as a direct result of the coronavirus,” said Breda Bubear, brand and marketing consultant for CASCO Pets.
“Pet stores and veterinary practices are providing essential services to pet owners and we wanted to help them protect their staff and customers.
“It is likely that we will have social distancing measures in place for some time to come, with the likelihood of further measures later in the year, so our screen is the perfect solution for ensuring safe, social distancing space between reception and counter staff and their customers, thereby reducing the possibility of spreading the virus.
“We have had a huge amount of interest from both existing and new customers and will be shipping orders in the coming days.”
The Sneeze/Cough Screen costs £89.99 + VAT, including delivery, adhesive tape and instructions. It can be fitted to existing counters and surfaces with the adhesive tape provided, requiring no permanent fixings.
