The Petshop, the UAE’s largest omnichannel pet retailer, has completed a unification of its activities under a single brand with the creation of a new web platform.
All ecommerce functionality is now found at www.thepetshop.com. The move makes the retailer’s widest range of products available in one place, following the company’s full rebranding to The Petshop across all channels. The retailer has seen revenue from online sales grow by 26% in the last seven months, with 57% of overall sales now online.
The Petshop has also launched a new express delivery service allowing Dubai-based customers to order any product online, and have it delivered within three hours.
