NOAH has updated its ‘Covid-19 Animal Health Industry Guideline’.
The revised version takes into account the latest national and local restrictions introduced throughout the UK.
The NOAH guideline has been developed to demonstrate that member companies and their staff are following all best practice guidance to keep their teams and customers safe as they plan and restructure working activities around ongoing and changing Government restrictions.
This guideline takes account of best practice advice and complements individual company policies, which include specific company needs. The guideline is designed to provide reassurance to the wider animal health community that NOAH member companies are working with due diligence and following necessary precautions.
“NOAH member companies, are following Government guidance, have adapted how they operate and have their own company-specific policies in place,” said chief executive Dawn Howard.
“This guideline reflects the areas they will have considered in drawing up their policies and lets their staff and customers know that their safety and protection is paramount. We will keep our guideline under review, to reflect the ever-changing situation we find ourselves in.”
NOAH represents the UK animal health industry. It promotes the benefits of safe, effective, quality products and services for the health and welfare of all animals.
