Royal Canin has won the International Cat Care Cat Friendly Award for its new Pill Assistant Cat.
The product, which follows the launch of the canine version earlier this year, is a pill pocket designed to help cat owners administer tablets to their cats. It will be launched next year.
Erin Carr, veterinary marketing executive at Royal Canin, said: “As with our Pill Assist Dog products, the aim is to make a real difference to pets’ health and wellbeing by turning pill time into a positive experience for both the pet and the owner.”
