Tracy Richards, founder of pet cleaning product manufacturer Aqueos, has revealed her future plans for the business.
She intends to roll out an education programme to emphasise the importance of sanitation and to explain why regular cleaning is ‘so much better’ than having to deal with a situation that could damage an equine or canine business.
“Most of our new business comes from recommendations,” she said. “It is fantastic when a customer has a problem with their horse or dog and you are able to help. “We are also currently going through a full environmental review and are looking to do what we can to lessen our impact as a business.”
Aqueos, based in Wiltshire, develops, makes and markets a growing range of alcohol and bleach-free disinfectants, first-aid, grooming and tack cleaning products for horses and pets.
