Laughing Dog is taking on the National Three Peak Challenge to help raise funds for Guide Dogs.
The baked dog food brand has launched a programme of fundraising events for staff and customers to get involved with throughout the year, with a fundraising target of £5,000. So far, £1,500 has been raised.
Marketing manager Kate Tarrant said: “Our next challenge is quite a challenge – three mountains in three days for our team of seven walkers. Climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon will see us cover 23 miles with a total ascent of 3,064 metres. In addition to this we have over 1,000 miles of driving to contend with. As a team we’re all busy training for the event – from gym sessions and spinning classes, to mountain climbs at weekends.”
