CHARITIES
John Burns said: “Ever since I started Burns Pet Nutrition, I knew I had the best product on the market but with no money to spend on huge advertising budget. We relied instead on word-of-mouth from pet owners, vets and pet shops, which is a more genuine type of marketing. We have spent profits instead on our charity The John Burns Foundation.
“We are all about giving back to community, charities and rescues across the UK and many of our customers also want to help give back with every bag they buy.
“We encounter many pet owners who have said that they thought their pets were healthy until they changed to Burns, where they then saw improvements in general health, skin and digestive condition and even behaviour. This survey highlights what we’ve known for a long time, but I’m absolutely delighted to get this recognition.”
