Connolly’s Red Mills is reassuring trade customers that its production team is working round the clock to ensure continuity of supply.
“In these testing times we would like to reassure our customers that Red Mills is working continuously to meet high levels of demand and maintain our production and distribution services,” director of sales & marketing Gareth Connolly said.
“Like many businesses, Connolly’s Red Mills have seen a significant increase in order volumes across our complete range of animal feeds as a result of end customer increased purchasing.
“With the dedication and hard work of the whole team we have increased production levels to fulfil demand while adhering to all the government advice and guidelines to safeguard our staff and customers.
CHALLENGING TIMES
“Established in 1908, Connolly’s Red Mills is a fifth-generation family business with more than 100 years of knowledge and experience, delivering quality, consistency and service. We will continue to do all we can to support our retailers through these challenging times.”
Gareth said he wanted to reassure customers and stockists that it was ‘business as usual’ and that the company was working hard to ensure everyone was supplied as normal.
“Our production team are working around the clock to ensure demand is met,” he said. “Our UK representatives and technical teams are working from home but are all contactable by phone and email should you have any queries.”
Connolly’s Red Mills has several ranges of pet foods at all price points, including the Go Native and Leader ranges, which were introduced last year and are provided direct to retailers, who can benefit from stocking a range that is not in the large retailers or online suppliers.
UK pet business development manager Chris Redpath said: “We work with retailers to provide them with direct supply, with low minimum order terms and quick delivery so that they can supply their customers with what they need. We continue to support out retailers wherever possible through these uncertain times.”
