Eden Holistic Pet Foods celebrated its 10th anniversary at last month’s PATS show in Telford.
Managing director Paul Conquest started the business from home with his wife a decade ago, and has since grown the business to an annual turnover of £10m and a team of 25 staff.
The brand is currently stocked by more than 260 UK independent retailers and exported to 16 European countries.
Eden seeks to provide optimum nutrition, taking learnings from sports nutrition and aiming to get as close as possible to the natural diet of dogs by using a variety of protein sources to deliver a mix of amino acids across a wide spectrum, just like an omnivore would obtain from eating in the wild.
The company’s factory is currently running at full capacity producing the 27 different recipes in the range, and the business is in the process of expanding its warehouse space. New products are in the pipeline for next year across its Cuisine, Semi-moist and Gourmet ranges, as well as new in-store display solutions for retailers.
