Direct Food Ingredients (DFI) has unveiled a new, interactive website, intended to boost its customer service offering.
The new site encompasses future capability for progressive features which will be rolled out later this year, including provision for DFI customers to download product certification documentation and a live chat system for instantaneous customer support.
