Lily’s Kitchen has launched a new subscription service on its website.
Designed ‘with convenience and value in mind’, the pet food company says the service ‘is an easy way for pet parents to make sure they never run out of their pet’s favourite recipes – during lockdown and beyond – or have to compromise on quality’.
Owners choose which recipes they want on repeat order, then set the delivery frequency, and the food is delivered directly to their door on a regular basis.
Michelle Corp, ecommerce director, said: “Our new subscription service means busy pet parents need never accidentally run low on their favourites – after all, pets are part of the family, so we want to give them the kind of food that we know they’ll love and will do them the most good. So now pet parents can spend more time with their furry family member, not worrying about placing a last-minute SOS order for their favourite food.”
The service allows subscribers to change, pause or cancel items online whenever they need. And, Lily’s Kitchen says subscribers save 5% with every order and can benefit from free delivery, too. If other promotions are offered on the website, the company promises to automatically price-match that in every subscription.
Lily’s Kitchen was acquired by Nestlé Purina in March this year.
