Norfolk-based raw pet food specialist Natures Menu has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2021 for the second year running.
This is the company’s fifth year of winning a Feefo accolade and this particular award recognises businesses that have consistently gone over and above by providing excellent customer service.
Businesses that use the Feefo site to collect genuine reviews and insights from verified customers are eligible for the awards. The Platinum Trusted Service Award title is given to those that have won the Gold Award for three consecutive years or more.
Natures Menu has collected 3,537 customer reviews over the past year, 3,150 of them five-Star ratings, which resulted in a 4.8 out of 5 for customer service.
Partner brand True Instinct also joins the winning line-up as it has also been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2021.
TRANSITION
True Instinct collected almost 800 reviews in the past 12 months – with 704 being five-Star ratings, resulting in a 4.8 out of 5 for customer service. The award will transfer over to Nature’s Variety as the brand continues its transition over the coming months.
