Supreme Petfoods has reported that the use of QR codes for its ‘Scan, Enter, Win’ on-pack promotion was a success in boosting brand engagement.
The promotion ran across both the Science Selective and Tiny Friends Farm brands and was designed to engage and reward valued customers while boosting brand visibility in store. The campaign encouraged purchasers to enter a draw by scanning an on-pack QR code, with prizes including family theme park days out, accessories and gift vouchers.
Supreme reports that the promotion encouraged thousands of participants to scan QR codes on product packs, boosting engagement with the brands.
Marketing director Claire Hamblion said: “We have seen increased customer engagement across all our key markets. The campaign has boosted the visibility of our brands, driving higher product trial and increased repeat purchases.
