Willows Veterinary Centre & Referral Service has won the Best UK Vet Award 2020.
The state-of-the-art veterinary hospital, in Solihull, West Midlands, provides specialist care for pets in the surrounding area and those referred by their own vets for specialist investigation and treatment.
Willows – part of the UK-wide Linnaeus group – is a busy hospital with more than 200 staff looking after up to 100 in-patients at any given time. The general practice has thousands of clients and more than 1,000 referring vets who use the Willows services.
The awards organised by VetHelpDirect.com and running for the eighth year, are based on more than 11,000 pet owner reviews submitted over the past 12 months, covering 2,500 practices around the UK.
Other winners were: Best Scottish Vet – Lamond Veterinary Clinic; Best Equine Vet – Ashbook Equine Hospital; Best Mobile Vet – The Mobile Vet; and best Northern Ireland Vet – Ashwood Veterinary Clinic.
