Dog-friendly holiday company PetsPyjamas and grooming brand Pet Teezer teamed up with media group Global for their first charity dog show initiative, G:Rufts.
The show comprised a Best in Show – hosted by Heart presenter and dog owner Pandora Christie – where participants were encouraged to ‘wuff loud’ in fancy dress.
There was also a Wheel of Pawtune for prizes and Pup Idol, a competition for the pets of Global employees. Pup Idol participants all received goodies from PetsPyjamas and Pet Teezer, with the winner also scooping a dog-friendly holiday.
The event was held in aid of Global’s Make Some Noise, a national charity that funds and empowers projects helping disadvantaged children, young people and their families.
Emma Bradley, director of Global Charities, said: “We’re thrilled that PetsPyjamas and Pet Teezer wholeheartedly threw themselves into supporting G:Rufts… Their contributions helped raise over £1,600 and we are incredibly grateful to them for their effort and support.”
G:Rufts was held at Global’s HQ in London’s Leicester Square.
