Nestlé Purina is increasing its minority stake to improve and deliver ‘advanced pet food solutions and first-class pet care services’; majority shareholder EQT has pledged continued investment in the company; and Silver Lake, a leading global technology investment firm, is making a new substantial minority investment to help unlock and accelerate growth from digital and technology opportunities. ”
