A wild pig led a group of police officers on a 45-minute chase before it was eventually caught – by a bin!
Officers found the pig running around in Stamford, Connecticut, USA but capturing it was not going to be an easy task.
The frantic chase, captured on video by an officer’s bodycam, involved officers Michael Nguyen, Louis Vidal and Nicholas Gelonesi running through a backyard, each taking it in turns to chase the pig down. After 45 minutes of frantic chasing, the officers finally managed to catch the rampant animal using an empty bin.
The pig was taken to Stamford Animal Control & Care Centre while police tried to locate the animal’s owners, reported the Daily Mail.
