Kennelpak is searching for new sites in the North West of England as part of an expansion plan for its retail arm Pets & Friends.
The company has appointed NG Chartered Surveyors to acquire new stores in the North West. Currently, the retail chain’s stores are clustered predominantly in the East Midlands.
NG’s managing director Richard Sutton said: “Having delivered the retail transformation in the East Midlands, Kennelpak have turned to us to help them grow throughout the UK.
“We are searching for sites in the Congleton, Chester, Crewe, Macclesfield, Nantwich, Stafford and Stoke areas, with footplates of between 2,500sq ft to 4,000sq ft.”
Sutton added that NG will consider former car dealerships, ex-tyre and exhaust centres, and trade parks, or ideally retail parks anchored by a food store with high levels of free parking nearby.
