A supermarket customer was left stunned when he discovered a live frog inside a pack of green salad he had bought at a supermarket in Greece, Yahoo7 News reported.
The shopper, who had bought the salad from an Alfra-Beta Vasillopoulos outlet, circulated images online of the amphibian, which was camouflaged in the packet.
A spokesmann for the supermarket said: “Our provider has been informed about the incident and has already taken action and promised that no similar incident will occur in the future.”
The user has since removed the original social media post with the images.
